Privacy Policy

TapiaJump LLC / Canalia

Effective date: October 9, 2026

Canalia is an AI-powered media automation platform operated by TapiaJump LLC. This policy explains how Canalia, including Canalia YouTube Publisher, accesses, uses, stores, and protects information, including data obtained through Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API.

1. Who We Are

TapiaJump LLC is a U.S.-registered software company. Canalia is a TapiaJump LLC platform used to create, review, manage, and publish digital media content.

2. Information We Access or Process

Canalia does not ask for or store your Google password. Authentication is handled by Google OAuth 2.0.

3. How Google and YouTube Data Is Used

Canalia uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API only to provide user-authorized functionality, primarily to upload and manage videos for YouTube channels authorized by their owners or administrators. Google user data is used only for the functionality described in this policy.

Canalia's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including Limited Use requirements.

4. YouTube API Services

Canalia YouTube Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using features that connect to YouTube, users are also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing and Sale

TapiaJump LLC does not sell Google user data, OAuth tokens, or YouTube account data. We do not share such data with advertisers. Data may be processed by service providers strictly as needed to operate Canalia infrastructure, security, storage, or publishing functions, subject to appropriate protections.

6. Data Storage and Security

Credentials and tokens used by Canalia are stored using access controls appropriate to the deployment environment. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect credentials, publishing data, and other information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Data Retention

We retain authorization tokens, publishing records, and operational logs only for as long as needed to provide the requested service, maintain security and reliability, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When access is no longer required, credentials may be revoked or deleted.

8. Revoking Google or YouTube Access

You may revoke Canalia's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents future API actions until authorization is granted again.

Google account connections can be reviewed at Google Account Connections.

9. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of personal data or stored authorization information associated with Canalia by contacting us at ctapia@tapiajump.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

10. Children's Privacy

Canalia is intended for authorized business and media operations and is not designed to collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Canalia evolves or legal/platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
